On A Mission To Help & Save Our Mother Cow

Started from a very noble cause to protect & save a single blind cow in year 1982 by Mr. Bhailal Bhai Pendavala in a 5400 square foot area, Andh Apang Gau – Aashram Wankaner, is now Gujarat’s most caring trust for cows protecting and saving more than 1100 cows in an area of over 8 acres in Wankaner, Gujarat – India.

At Wankaner Gau Aashram, all the members are on a mission to help, protect & save all kinds of cows in surrounding area. Be it dumb, deaf, blind, handicapped, victim of acid attack, injured or any cows who need help.

We believe that God has given us a lot and it is our duty to protect the wild life including forests and animals, and as per our Hindu and Sanatan Dharma, cow is the holiest animal on this planet and we consider cows as our Mother as it’s whole life past through only giving to the human beings.

From milk it gives us the ultimate food for our body, from dung, it gives us the ultimate fertilizer for corp in farming.

We believe that not only Hindu, but all human kinds should not only thank but also take responsibility to save & protect such holy animal on our planet.

8 Acres of Land

Andh Apang Gau Aashram is spread in over 8 acres of land in Wankaner Taluka of Morbi District of Gujarat in India.

With 17 Shades from which 13 are for cattle and 4 for their food storage, we provide best environment to protect, save & take care of Gau Mata.

1100+ Cows

At Andh Apang Gau Aashram, over 1100 cows are being taken care by the Gau Rakshak. It contains deaf, dumb, blind, handicapped, injured in accident, victim of acid attack, left by their owners and so on.

Regular cleaning, food, water and every medical needs are available to all cows.

Help Us by Donating

At Gau Aashram, daily expense to maintain all required resources for 1100+ cows is INR 50,000.

Our donation camps are only organized once a year on the occasion of 14th January, Makar Sankranti (Utrayan).

For regular days, every tiny little help from you will help us a lot to take care for Gau Matas.
